Message	I do believe that auto turbo cars are faster in a straight line, especially once you get to the higher power levels, for lotsa reasons that you and I already know. BUT, I know that a manual will destroy an automatic in a road course. By road course, I mean a race track with turns, not a road, highway, or drag race track. You have so much more control of your rpms, you can set up for turns, etc. That's a HUGE factor in what I consider fast, more than straight line speed. Thus, manuals are faster. Lets say Im totally wrong (which I'm not); Manuals are just more fun to drive than autos. That's all that matters to me.
